About the Role
- The Field Associate at the Charm Summit Events is responsible for leading the ideation, planning, and execution of events that support CSE. This person will coordinate strategic events of various sizes and purposes, including professional gatherings, celebrations, talent and admissions recruitment events, community events, and other events that engage CSE clients. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Field Associate will also assist the ongoing Marketing team with project management, administrative tasks, and CRM management. Core Responsibilities include:
• Provide administrative support, CRM maintenance, and daily operations for the Marketing team.
• Plan, execute, and follow-up for CSE events, professional dinners, ceremonies, conferences, workshops,
and other engagements.
• Manage guest experience details: guest lists, venues, entertainment, food/beverage, and coordination.
• Collaborate to develop event marketing plans and materials (e.g., social media posts, invitations, webpages, presentations, programs, and signage).
• Manage vendor contracts and payments according to internal processes.
• Maintain calendar of all hosted, sponsored, and attended events.
• Serve as a liaison for guests, staff, and vendors at events, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
• Assist in creating communication and marketing strategies to promote events and grow attendance.
• Support external marketing agencies and vendors when the Marketing Manager is unavailable.
• Identify problems, implement solutions, and seek opportunities to advance organizational goals.
• Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
Associate's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field.
1-2 years of diverse event planning experience.
Proficiency with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars.
