About the Role
- Charm Summit Events is seeking a Marketing Manager to create strategies that effectively promote the organization and its services to a broader audience. The Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness. Throughout the process, the Marketing Manager will communicate with stakeholders and management to keep them updated and engaged in marketing decisions. Core Responsibilities include:
• Develop a marketing strategy for Charm Summit Events
• Create branding guidelines
• Motivate employees and vendors to produce quality materials
• Develop an evidence-based strategy for future campaigns
• Convince stakeholders to trust marketing efforts
• Provide guidance on brand positioning and communications.
• Monitor industry trends, identifying new opportunities through comprehensive market research.
• Maintain robust relationships with internal staff and external marketing vendors.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness by meticulously tracking metrics such as return on investment.
• Produce reports that summarize campaign performance and communicate key learnings
• Develop models to forecast the impact of future marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Knowledge of modern marketing and content strategies
Familiarity with software used to track customer engagement
Aptitude for critical thinking and creative problem-solving
