We are currently seeking a highly qualified Project Manager who will assist us in maintaining our reputation as an innovative leader. The ideal candidate should possess experience in product launches and have strong capabilities in developing and overseeing comprehensive work plans. The Project Manager will be responsible for directing, coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing projects while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals. Core Responsibilities include:
• Plan and execute projects effectively.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify tasks and necessary resources.
• Assemble and manage the project team.
• Administer the project budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Allocate project resources appropriately.
• Provide support and guidance to the team.
• Monitor and report on project status and progress.
• Present progress reports and solutions to stakeholders.
• Implement and manage changes as required to achieve deliverables.
• Assess and evaluate the project outcomes.
Requirements
Four or more years of experience in project management
Effective communication and presentation skills
Proven problem-solving and leadership abilities
